Music reduces stress. This is not a very revolutionary statement.
But a Taiwanese university proved scientifically that pregnant women are much more relaxed when they listen to music with a rhythm of 60 to 80 beats per minute. This is also the rhythm of the heart when resting. If this is good for unborn children, it is likely to be good for all children.
