Welcome FlowerChild
As we grow older all our experiences give us wisdom, knowledge and unfortunately also patterns with which it is safe for us to live and sometimes to survive. Our experiences then prevent us from living the life we deep down in our heart want, but do not dare to go for. Simply because our experiences made us insecure, scared, ashamed or guilty.
Young children are still free of these ‘negative’ experiences. They have the freedom to explore their unique core competence. We as parents and teachers, have a duty to observe our children objectively, so we can together discover, cherish and motivate their passions. Make sure they will not forget later in life what it is they do best and enjoy most without any effort. In that way we secure a happier next generation.
Flowerchild wishes everybody a New Year full of LOVE.
Of all the principal emotions – Sadness, Anger, Jealousy, Hate and Love – the last one is the only emotion that can lead to an improvement of everything. With love, positive thinking and being the right example we help ourselves and the next generation.
MTV has interviewed 25.000 people between 16 and 46 years in 18 Western countries about their lifestyle. The most interesting result is that until the age of about 34 people want to be, feel and look like teenagers. The term for people in their thirties, acting like teenagers : Threenagers. They like the same brands, they care for the same new technology and do not want a lot of responsibility. I wonder what effect this will have on their children. Probably this will create very serious sons and daughters with a lot of sense and intelligence. A bit like Edina’s daughter Saffy in the series Absolutely Fabulous.
